As a Paralegal at Silverpine Law, Mr. Buckley assists with factual investigation, document review, and editing of legal drafts.
Mr. Buckley earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia, home of a law school that ranks in the top 5% nationally. As a student in the pre-law program there, his education included courses on a remarkable number of topics relevant to business litigation, including: contracts, civil torts, corporate structure, business partnerships, bankruptcy, products liability, the Uniform Commercial Code, real property, commercial paper, microeconomics, statistical analysis, and econometrics. One of his professors, a former business litigator, selected Mr. Buckley to serve as her Teaching Assistant for two courses on commercial law and one course on constitutional law.
Mr. Buckley has basic proficiency in the Spanish language and in the “R” programming language for use in statistical analysis. He has trained with semi-professional soccer teams in the US, Spain, and Ecuador.
