Anthony Robinson, Esq.

As an Attorney of Counsel at Silverpine Law, Mr. Robinson represents companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. This includes breaches of contract, fraud, business conspiracy, false advertising, partnership disputes, trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement, and trademark infringement. In addition to his litigation practice, he also advises corporate clients regarding the laws and regulations that govern import, export, and distribution of consumer-packaged goods throughout North America and South America. He regularly drafts asset purchase contracts, intellectual property licenses, and executive employment agreements. 
Before joining Silverpine Law, Mr. Robinson worked in the commercial regulatory practice group at Greenberg Traurig LLP, a global law firm which consistently ranks among the top 10% nationwide under the Am Law 100 system. There, he represented corporate clients in Federal Trade Commission and National Advertising Division investigations. Earlier in life, Mr. Robinson worked in private equity firms and as an investment banker at Wachovia. 
Mr. Robinson earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, a “top-ten” school which frequently outranks most of the Ivy League. He also holds an MBA from the University of Virginia and a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University. He was selected to serve a one-year term as a federal judicial law clerk in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Cornell University. 

Mr. Robinson is a licensed member of the bar in DC, Maryland, Florida, Colorado, Louisiana, and North Carolina. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
