Tejal Majethia

Ms. Majethia is in her final months of law school at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where she has focused her studies on commercial and business matters. She was selected to be a member of the law school’s commercial bankruptcy moot court team and competes at national competitions testing competitors’ oral argument, advocacy, and negotiation skills. She is an editor of the Temple Law Review and the Civil and Political Rights Journal. She also serves as Co-President of the South Asian Law Student Association and is a mentor for the Tax and Bankruptcy Law Student Association and the Women’s Law Caucus.

At Silverpine Law, Ms. Majethia conducts deep legal research on complex commercial issues, aids in the drafting of briefs filed in courts around the country, and analyzes key discovery documents.

Prior to joining Silverpine Law, Ms. Majethia worked as a summer associate and law clerk at large and mid-size law firms assisting with significant business transactions and commercial litigation. She also worked in the in-house counsel’s office at Citi Group. Compared to typical law students, she has an unusual depth of experience in the drafting of complaints, motions, deposition outlines, interrogatories, and research memoranda for cases concerning corporate governance, securities, intellectual property, and corporate acquisitions. She has delivered support during pretrial conferences, motions hearings, and trials.

Ms. Majethia is fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and Kutchi, and is conversational in Punjabi. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and anthropology, along with a minor in mathematics. She will graduate from law school in May 2024.
