Kendall von Michalofski

As an Attorney of Counsel at Silverpine Law, Mrs. von Michalofski advises healthcare practices and other companies operating in the healthcare space, helping them maintain compliance with complex federal, state, and local regulations. When healthcare professionals face government investigations and disciplinary proceedings, she guides them through the process and defends their reputation in adversarial hearings. She prepares and negotiates employment agreements, service contracts, and purchases/sales of medical practices. This sometimes involves the creation or dissolution of healthcare business entities.
Prior to joining Silverpine Law, Mrs. von Michalofski worked as an attorney in healthcare-advisory and civil-litigation practice groups at law firms in Richmond, Virginia. She also handled regulatory compliance and contract preparation for a residential construction company in Richmond. She now uses this experience to represent property owners and contractors in construction-related disputes in state and federal courts across the country.
Mrs. von Michalofski earned her law degree at William & Mary Law School, which consistently ranks among the top 20% of accredited law school nationwide. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Washington in Seattle, with a double major in Law and Political Science.
Mrs. von Michalofski is a member of the Virginia State Bar’s Health Law, Business Law, and Administrative Law sections. She is also a member of the American Health Law Association and is fluent in Spanish.
